Hey there,
What this
Send E-mails During Page Load setting does is when someone access one of the EasyDiscuss page in the frontend, the system only sends out those pending email to the users.
In other words, if nobody accesses one of the EasyDiscuss page on your site, all these pending emails will not automatically send out.
We strongly suggest that you consider creating a cron job on your server instead of using "
Sending email on page load", so it will send a request to the system to check every time whether still have pending email haven't sent out yet, if yes, it will proceed it. Because you can set the cronjob time interval like every 5 minutes or 10 minutes. You can refer to the guide here to setup your cron job,
https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/cronjobs/setting-up-cronjobs-in-cpanel .
By the way, can you include your site's access and FTP's access once at
http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so that we can have a better check of it in the future?
If you would like to have assistance on setting up the cronjob, you can provide us with your cpanel access as well so that we can assist you on this.
