We are having an issue with not all email notifications going out to the users.
The last post, according to the Mail Activities section only sent to 365 out of 381 users.
It seems that the same users (including me as a test user) are not getting those notifications and I can't figure out why. They are not going to spam or getting blocked, they are just not getting sent out.
It doesn't seem to be related to email domains as several with the same ones are getting emails, while others are not.
Any ideas on why this might be happening? Thanks
Hi there,

Can you provide us the backend access to the site experiencing this so we can investigate? Let us know once you have done so.

Can you also provide us some of the users email addresses that did not receive it? Was the email activity generated for these users in the email activity section?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Perhaps you can share with us which user email doesn't receive this blog notification?

I already provided you with 2 emails that did not receive the notifications. Please look again.

Hey there,

After investigating, it appears that you have been using custom notifications in the blog posts. If you want those 'administrator' user group users(the 2 emails you provided) to receive the email notifications, you would have to select that user group as well(http://take.ms/iBQej).

Basically how the custom notifications work is that, apart from super users, other users will be notified only if their user group is chosen.

If no user group is chosen, custom notifications will not be used. Notifications are then processed based on EasyBlog's notification settings.
