1) EB UPGRADE ERROR:
About the upgrade installation, I had experienced one time failure in earlier version, so abandoned the upgrade; I try to upgrade this morning and crushed the site, http://www.healthno1.com, so I recovered it from Back UP copy

I have been recommended by Mark to purchase & use Komento, but the layout is very discourage by asking readers fills forms, (there are a quick login + a login form with agreeable to terms & conditions. - refer to attached image or this sample URL link: http://www.healthno1.com/16774-2017-05-08-00-11-00.html)
Will there be anyway to simplify Komento layout or template? attached Facebook comment simple layout!
