Easysocial "Unable to load tooltips content" issue

Hi,

my easysocial is facing "Unable to load tooltips content" issue when using windows 8.1 Google Chrome browser.This happen when I click the "Friend Request" notification button or mouse over the user profile to load the user profile card. I tested with other browsers, or google chrome with other windows version, it is ok.

I searched this forum and noticed many similar issues, may I know any solution for this?

Hey Mabrell,

There is another thread regarding this and it was due to their upgrade to Joomla 3.4.6 but it is solved once they updated to the latest 3.6.8.

I am not too sure if your site is affected because of this. Are you on the latest version? If you are already, Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
