EasySocial | Login Page Quick and Easy Registration Form Missing

For some reason, way back I created a community login page that had a very simple registration form right on the page.
But for the life of me, I am not able to replicate on our new site..

Is there a new setting or something I am missing?
Perhaps, its an easy fix, that I can do on my end...

You have to configure this from your current user workflow under your backend > Easysocial > custom field > workflows > edit user workflow > edit your custom field which you want to show into mini registration > click on that "Visibility" tab > Appear In Quick Registration - YES .

YES, that worked...
The only thing left on that page is that I am attempting to make both "first and last name" required.
Checked under workflow and its set to required, but not working.
Meaning, if first name is entered, it doesn't stop and ask for lastname.
Any ideas?

Actually that is the intended behavior which only required user to enter the first name, because Joomla only required user enter the first name as well.

Unfortunately that is not possible to required user to enter last name input field at this point of time.
