I was looking at the conversations area in the Easysocial's product page at http://stackideas.com/easysocial and it seems that you are suggesting that Easysocial can be used as live conversation or chat. The graphic in this section shows a live scrolling responses from different users which update almost instantaneously. When I tried on demo site logging in as two different users and sending private messages between them, the messages doesn't get updated at all. I would get a notification that a new message is received after a few minutes but I would have to refresh the page even if I'm already on the message page with that user.

Am I not doing this correctly? I would love to have the functionality that is shown on the Easysocial's page under the Conversations section.

Thank you
Hello Anh,

It's not meant to be the live chat. It's meant to be used as a conversation / private messaging system. On our product page, this is the only way we can demonstrate how conversation works
