Because the Easydiscuss apps just for EasySocial so that once the user publish a new discussion, it will generate a stream in your Easysocial.

We have bought and installed EasyDiscuss but after our configurations, actually there is no link to EasyDiscuss in it. I'd like to have a very discreet one, to allow users to go to the system and create new discussions.

Please, take a look on it (if you still have the access info) and you'll understand.

Sorry for late reply to this,
Unfortunately we do not have this in current discuss apps
because this discuss apps is ability to process stream items in EasySocial and displays discussions created by user on a user's profile.
But I will add this feature and see if we can implement this in the future.
