Hello,

Easydiscuss>activity email :

I do not understand why email notification remains blocked on postion in Easydiscuss.

Emails are not sent (see PICTURE 15).

Can you help me please.

You can refer to this guide to setup cron with Easycron. They do have a free version if you are in for one.

Without cron jobs it is still possible by enabling this setting: Settings>Notification>E-mails>Emails Settings>Send email when the page loads

P.S: It is not advisable to use this method as no mail will be send if no user visits the site(no page being loaded on the site).

May I know whether you have set up any cron job from your server? If not, you can check our guide here on how to set one up. A cron job's purpose is to perform periodic tasks on a server, like sending out mails every so often for example.
If you have already set cron jobs up from your server, can you provide us access to your cron job so we can check the configuration for you? Thanks.

No I have not configured a job cron job because my subscription on the server ovh does not allow me.

In easysocial the notification works even without the spots cron job ? I don't understand ?

Is it possible to make the emails leave without the spots cron job ?
