Is there a way to better integrate the "Blog" menu item into ES black bar?

Unfortunately there is no setting to integrate the blog menu item here unless you template override the toolbar theme file(.../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/toolbar/default.php)

Also, is there a way to see show "blogs" as a tab for a user, so when visitng a user profile you would see all of his blog posts?

You would have to download and install this user blog app from our app store and install it in EasySocial's application section in the backend.

I have helped you do this(http://take.ms/8Rigi) so the blog tab should now show under the user's profile(http://take.ms/Gy8lb).

Similarly to EasyBlog, EasyDiscuss links are not included in the toolbar unless you override the toolbar's theme file.

By the way, the EasySocial menu module have these links included(http://take.ms/O8n9c) though I'm not sure if you would like to use the module.
