Originally, we were attempting to post a video link from BiliBili, but its not supported.
However, creating an iframe didn't give us the option to create thumbnail for the video.

So, we figured to upload it to media via EasyBlog.
It seems like it is processing.
But after 100% it disappears.

Any idea how to get the video into the media manager?

Thought it was our server, so went and attempted to upload via EasySocial.
Have it in a private setup, but as you can see from images, it uploaded with EasySocial,

Any ideas why EasyBlog couldn't?

By the way, the EasyBlog post I am trying to upload this video is in draft named:

新版1对1保分课课程介绍 (Revision #1)
https://website.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=composer&tmpl=component&uid=59.923&Itemid=1520
It seems like the system doesn't check for the media file size first before it uploads, by default the system allows users to upload 8MB media files, for now, I already helped you increase this file size from 8MB to 128MB (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/QZfwGqlUZmSpQaSt4hjRKiXsMu1WoV ), can you try uploading your video again?

That did the trick.
Sorry I overlooked this setting somehow.
It was uploaded with no issues.

Have to ask, is there anyway to upload a custom thumbnail with uploaded videos within EasyBlog?

No problem.

Do you mean that you would like to show the thumbnail photo when the system renders the video in the blog post?

If yes, unfortunately we do not have this feature to add the thumbnail for video because the upload video process is totally different than Easysocial, it doesn't go through the encoding process.

Yes, I mean adding a thumbnail image after processing, similar to YouTube.

However, I don't understand what you mean it doesn't go through the encoding process like EasySocial?
I went ahead and added another one via EasySocial using Lynn's account. I didn't see an option to add a thumbnail here either?

Is it safe to say that there isn't an option to add a custom thumbnail to any uploaded media at this time?
Any workarounds in the meantime?

Thanks

Oh, I am sorry that I did not explain this clearly earlier, what I mean is when you upload the internal video through Easysocial, it will encode the video on the server while automatically capturing one video screen to be the video thumbnail.

But Easyblog video upload process is different, it will not go through the encoding process so it can't get the thumbnail screenshot automatically when you uploading video on the site.

Yes, we don't have any workaround for this.
