Sorry for late reply to this,
I checked in your side, it seems like your Easyblog still using older version 3.5.12510, could you mind try to update to our latest version of Easyblog and see how it goes? Please advise.

As per your instructions I have purchase Easyblog for another year (ouch). But I am unable to install for two reasons:
If I try the updater in Easyblog it tells me my API key is wrong.
If I use extension manager, it tells me it cannot find the install file.

please advise

Sorry for late reply to this,
Regarding your 1st reason :
Because your easyblog current version is 3.5xx, so the updater only work when you are upgrading from EasyBlog 3.9.x to 4.0xxx.

Regarding your 2nd reason :
I have checked your side, it seems like your max_execution_time - 30 , could you can contact your hosting provider help you increase it higher like 80 above, and switch off this magic_quotes_gpc

If you increase max_execution_time and switch off that magic_quotes_gpc, still can't installation successfully, please refer back to us and
provide us your FTP access and give us the permission to edit your configuration file ( http://screencast.com/t/zrWke0qLOx ), so we can help you install it.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
I have checked your site again and it is most likely caused by the upload_max_filesize limit which is 2mb. Can you request with your hosting provider again for help you to increase the upload_max_filesize to 8mb or above? Perhaps you can try to install from directory follow this step from this documentation -> http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/installation/installing-from-directory.html

Please let us know if you need further assistance. And provide your FTP access so we can help you perform install from directory for you.

Whew.. Okay after an insane amount of work, $79 for new version and three days.. I have the new version up. And of course this did not solve the problem. I only purchased the new version to fix this, and that was not it.. So I am not a real happy camper right now.

Because this is very strange issues, could you mind provide us your FTP access so we can help you check on this issues? And you had mention that only this post http://www.infotechgts.com/index.php/easyblog/entry/review-thor-the-dark-world can pop up the images when user click LIKE button, another post is can't pop out the images right? Before the facebook LIKE button is working fine until recently you notice it doesn't work as well right?

It's okay.. I apologize if I came off like I jerk. I am grateful you are still trying to get this fixed.
I tried a new post to see if perhaps it was only the one post I made, and the new post is showing the same problems.
Also another issue in the new version.. The rating starts near the facebook LIKE button at the bottom are out of alignment on Google Chrome

I'm suspect that your server is it block some of incoming thing into your server, so it make the facebook can't access to your server?

Regarding your rating star issues :
You need to clear your cache, then it should be okay.
