Very strange issue.

When creating a blog on the iPhone 6, user trys to "add cover" (photo) to a new blog post. We tested this several times. There are certain photo albums that will not upload the photo, but some will. For example, she can upload a screen shot photo from her phone, a dropbox photo from her phone but in several other albums on her phone, she gets the error "file not allowed". I have attached a screen shot.

Now I have checked the file types, sizes, etc. and all of them are basically the same as the screenshots and if she takes a photo. They also save in the same album. So in other words, screenshots and photos she takes right away are in the same album of the other photos that will not upload.

I notice her .jpgs have the .JPG (captials) on some of the extensions. I added that one to the "allowed file types" in the media section in the easyblog setting just incase, and it still doesnt work.

Not sure what to do.

Thank you in advance.
Hello Tori,

Is it possible for you to attach the photo that can't be uploaded to us so that we can try from our end and also you can provide us your FTP access.

Hi,

attached are 3 photos she cannot upload to her blog when on the phone.

How do I send you ftp access in private? Please email me at info@webdesignisland.com so I can provide you with access info, or tell me how to hide it here.

Hey Tori,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have just tried this on your site and it seems to be uploading just fine as you can see from my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/4o9amhYerj
