I would like to know where the image that is displayed in the notification emails is stored.
Or know where to change it.

Hi Eric,
Are you referring to the EasySocial logo in notification emails(http://take.ms/Yuzlw)? If yes, you can refer on this documentation on how to customize the email logo.

Ideally, the path for the new logo should be here: JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easysocial/emails/logo.png
