Where can I adjust the number of email notifications?

By default, EasySocial sends 20 e-mails every time the cron executes and this is not configurable as we have set the most ideal amount of emails every time a cron executes. There is really no reason for you to modify this value.

If you really need to, you may do so by editing /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/cron/hooks/email.php

I can do my cron job only every 5 minutes. Therefore, it takes a long time to send all mail.

Even if you increase the value to 100, it doesn't necessarily means that the script is able to process 100 emails. Every single e-mail needs to be routed through Joomla and Joomla will communicate with the respective mail servers (target e-mails) to send the e-mails.

Therefore, setting it a high value doesn't mean that everything would get sent within 5 minutes :|
