Hello,
I ordered a license renewal for Komento yesterday, combined with a license for easysocial.
For some reason the Komento renewal has not been processed and I cannot download Komento. It shows up in teh downlaod list as 'Expired'.
Easysoscial and my other licenses can be downloaded correctly.
Could you check?
