In EasySocial 2.2 we have introduced a brand new toolbar for wireframe and horizon theme where it was design to be unified across our extension. Unfortunately any custom modification made on the toolbar previously need to be updated with the new theme structure.

Another alternative is you can use Breeze theme where it will be using the old toolbar layout instead of the new one. I have temporarily change your theme to Breeze theme so that the modified toolbar can be display correctly.

The use of this theme (breeze) affects other CSS customizations, it will require a revision of a work already done.

Also, this does not solve the lack of display on mobiles (esmobile plugin) or the bar is duplicated.

It shouldn't show the toolbar on mobile if you use mobile web template on your site.

Based on what i checked, it seems like your mobile web template still using older version, can you do the full backup and try download the latest version installer file from https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3361-mobile-web-template then update on your site and see how it goes?
