I didn't see a way to disable links inside of comments. In other words, prevent a user from even including a link. This would eliminate a lot of spam.
You can disable it from backend > Komento > integration > select your component > layout > general layout > auto hyperlink - NO
And disable that bbcode link icon from backend > Komento > integration > select your component > layout > bbcode > link - NO

By the way, I am really sorry but our system is unable to locate any orders from your account. Our priority support is only available for users with a valid subscription. Thanks for understand.

I am using the free version of Komento.

I have already made those settings, but they do not prevent people from including http:// URLs in the comments. Yes, they are not hot links, but spammers still include URLs. I would like to prohibit URLs completely, otherwise the spam will continue and the ReCaptcha doesn't stop them.

Hi there,

I am really sorry but unfortunately we cannot accommodate your request currently as it is beyond our support scope's policy as outlined in http://stackideas.com/support

Having said that, if you require us to perform the customization for you, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customization" . Our sales person would be glad to send you a quote for the customization that you have requested.
