You have set Automatic Cron to Yes, so it will execute when your site frontend will be accessed.

Hmmm... if so why the alerts still appear on the backend page.
- Error Cron has not been running for a span of time. Please refresh the page to run cron or follow cron documentation for more information.
- config settings> Setup-Checklist> Cron is not running Properly. (not also that See attached file.

Note also that the Setup-Checklist>shows "Create menu which will link to payplans subscription/my-account" when all applicable menus where created and published...

Hello,

Cron : you have set cron frequency to normal, it means cron should be run in every 15 mins, if not run on time time it will show this error message. when your site frontend is accessed then cron job will trigger and error will remove. You see the logs also , there is no error in cron job.

PayPlans Menu : This error is coming because it search for membership menu and you have created payplans menu with different alias. so to remove this create hidden Menu and move these menus to hidden menu and do not assign any module to it , so it will not shown anywhere.

Note : PayPlan Menu is necessary for routing purpose.
