The rest I think you can manage? Have you set up the config there?

If you want EasyBlog use EasySocial's avatar, you can change it in Components > EasyBlog > Settings and head on to Layout. Click on the Avatars tab. Change Avatar integrations option to EasySocial.

This is not bug for me in 4 sites..

how come when i post a blog on easy blog it dont show a post on easy social that i just have posted a new blog ??

Can you ensure that you have enabled these settings below:
1. your site backend > EasyBlog > Settings > Integrations > EasySocial > enable Use EasySocial Edit Profile Link
2. Settings > Layout > General tab > Avatars section > enable Enable Author Avatar and then choose EasySocial for User Avatar Source https://take.ms/Bj8He
