I am not sure why the Recaptcha is not visible at the bottom of the Profile Types -> Registered Users -> Custom fields -> Basic Information section.

I set this up on another site (starch-smart.com) and the recaptcha custom field is displaying properly there.

On this site it is there but it is 'invisible' (in the admin configuration area) unless I click on it and even then it is missing details.

In order to see it I have to run my mouse over the area where it should be. Then it shows up. But, even when it shows up it is missing the Checkbox and the text that says "I'm not a robot" and also the Recaptcha icon. Do you have any idea what I might need to turn on to make this work?

I am using Recaptcha on the site on the EasyBlog Komento forms so I know it can work on the site.

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

After checking on through your site, it seems that the issues come from your template. It seems that "Recaptcha" is conflict with "customs code" you put on your template as shown http://prntscr.com/cqsxgp. I have temporarily disabled it for you and it seems to work fine now. Please give it a check.

We suspect that this line "<script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'></script>" have conflict with recaptcha plugin and cannot rendered correctly.

I was just trying to edit the user profile for Linda Carney (the Doctor who also happens to be my wife) and I was not able to save her profile. My guess is that it is because of this same issue with the Recaptcha which is not visible. Here is the error message that did not have any more details about what could possible be going wrong:

There was some error in your form. Please correct the respective fields.

Hi there,

It seems that this is somehow a bug when a user add recaptcha on registration's custom fields. Can you try run sql query below on your Database and see how it goes.

delete from #_social_fields where app_id = (select id from #_social_apps where element like 'keycaptcha');

If problems still persist, can you provide us with valid Backend credentials for further check on this issues?
Note=change # to your Database name

I have asked my host to run the command for you and to let me know how to give you backend access if this does not solve the problem.

I have added backend information for you at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site

CloudAccess.net does not have the standard CPanel but they have their own and I have given you access rights for the two sites that use StackIdeas software and the two test sites that I keep for doing developmental testing. You can access the PHP MyAdmin as well from there.

Once you login you can click on the Manage button to the right of the domain name, like drcarney.com to manage the site. Or you can click on the small icons.

I would sure love to see this resolved soon! :-) Thank you.

BTW. the folks at CloudAccess.net ran the query you requested. It did not seem to help. They created a database backup before running the query. I had also created a backup before they did of the database and all files.

I think I found it. The recaptcha plugin for EasySocial was not configured properly. it seems to be working now. I followed instructions on this page: https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/hows-to/how-to-setting-up-recaptcha-on-easysocial-1-4-x

Hi there,

We have tried to access your backend but it seems that your credentials given is not valid as you can see here --> http://prntscr.com/cqs93h . Please advice.
