Not sure this should be written in code language on the front-end of the site:

You can check those language string on at this path .../language/*current_language/*current_language.com_easysocial.ini as maybe it is missed out on your current language and you can do language override on that string by referring to this documentations as shown https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/languages/creating-language-overrides

Also, just curious is there a way to place Photo's, instead of Albums aside from changing the code?
Perhaps a setting I may have missed.

You can change them at this path .../language/*current_language/*current_language.com_easysocial.ini on this string COM_EASYSOCIAL_USER_ALBUMS_PLURAL, and COM_EASYSOCIAL_USER_ALBUMS_SINGULAR or do language override on that string.
