Changing Email Template

I would like to change only 3 Items in Email User receive.

Button
Link Item

What would be the easiest way to do so.

You can refer to this documentation on how to override the email logo.

As for the button and link, you can template override the email template file to modify it(http://take.ms/q6cLb).
