There is a few scenario in your issue above where, in the page that you want to display recaptcha twice it is not possible where google have restrict to have a single recaptcha in a page.
But why, in the page that doesn't have 2 recaptcha still do not render it? After I checking the page seems like the module wasn't render correclty cause the error I'm hit here http://take.ms/jFb9v thus, may I know how you add this module? cause as I looks on your module configuration http://take.ms/vHkrm

It had to be just a short-term mistake.
The connection is working and i tried it with a tor browser.
Your colleague also entered the administration.

I remember you did reported this issue in previously but already solved it.

May i know do you still remember what changes you made recently on your site?

Because this time i realised on the page source doesn't load Easydiscuss script now for those page if only load the Easydiscuss quick question module, this is why it doesn't load Recaptcha in the module.

And i did do a testing, if i display that module on the page 'left' or 'right' module position, it did render the Recaptcha correctly.

But the issue only happen on the Off-Canvas module position (screenshot : http://take.ms/36h7W) , may i know this Off-Canvas position generate from your current template or one of the plugin?

You have brought me this way to the right solution.
When I upload a "Poradna formular" module in a custom module in extra panel, captcha does not work. If I view it directly, captcha works.
