cant install payplan

I tried to install payplan several times and keep getting error

Error ! while processing task : download

just to be clear new payplan that needs to be installed in

trendcouncil.com/web directory where there is already a latest Joomla site running. to login to admin area you will have to use this URL http://trendcouncil.com/web/administrator/index.php?trend

please do not touch trendcouncil.com/web2 directory
Hi there,

Currently, it is not possible for us to access your backend currently as it kept redirected me to your frontend. Can your provide us with your backend URL so that we can further cehck them.

By the way, have you tried to manually install and download this installer first http://take.ms/O6Qhp and upgrade them to v3.6.3 on your site?

yes i had also tried to install it manually and thats where i am getting the error

this would be the live site in few days, any idea about migrating from payplan 3.2 to new site with payplan 3.6
and do you guys provide this service?

now i am seeing this error since payplan is installed

as soon as i enable payplan component site goes down and shows up the same error. well its related to installation of payplan so i would prefer to keep the details here.

Let me know if any error you see during joomla update/installation.

Also i just notices your site is multilingual.
From Joomla 3.4 Menu access app will not work with multilingual, due to major changes in J3.4 core. It's not possible to override menus (Show/Hide Menu functionality) using Menu-Access plugin.
