Hello,

When I try to update, I get an error after selecting "Installation via the network" option[Screenshot attached]. I thought it may be a API key issue so I regenerated api key in my easyblog account of stackideas but couldn't find a place in my Joomla admin easyblog setting to put the key.

I also tried the "Installation via Directory" method but that too failed with the error "Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team."[Screenshot attached].

Please let me know how to update my easyblog installation. Thank you.

If you update via launcher installer, you have to set your current site domain into your license support domain area, so that you can able to update Easyblog from your current domain site.

And you also can download the full installer then upload through your Joomla backend installer page, you can refer on our documentation here : https://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/upgrades/updating-easyblog-via-full-installer

Hope this will help.

Hi,

My domain is already added to my account and I had uploaded the full version package, not the launcher package.

Thank you.

Hi,

I checked and EasyBlog is updated.

I had tried 4 times in last two days before posting for help here.

Thank you for that.
