Hi,

I have an old version of Easysocial (1.3.4) and I was trying tho install it on a website to do same testing.

If I try to install it via Directory, it reaches the 15% of the installation process and give me the following error:

'Sorry, there was some errors when trying to extract the queries.zip file. Please contact our support team.'

If I try to install it via Network (I'm using a regenerated API KEY as I lost my old one) I get the error:

'The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.'

I thought it's normal I can't do it via Network as I don't have an active subscription right now.
But I should still able to install an old version I already downloaded when I had an active subscription.

Can you please help me?

Thanks
Hi Michele,

Thank you for your inquiry. Justin here, from Stack Ideas' marketing team. Access to download is only open to active license holders as this is a privilege for them. Anything that you have downloaded prior to your license's expiry is yours to keep; hence users are able to use the full installer on any sites that they wish.

What I would suggest is for you to renew your license as we have newer version that are more stable, we do not recommend using backdated versions as it might contain bugs which are addressed in the latest version.

For any further information, you can contact our Marketing team via our CRM. Thank you for your kind patience and understanding.
