Can't install any app

Hello! I dont know why.. but now i cant install any app in easysocial // PLZ HELP!
For ex. i try to install this http://stackideas.com/apps/item/5-blog and after i have this message -"Please upload an app installer."

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a public holiday for us here.

Try download my attached files and replace into
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\controllers\apps.php
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/installer/helpers/joomla.php
and see how it goes?
