While trying to update EasyBlog to the latest release, I am unable to enter the required API code in the Updater. I am unable to enter ANY text in the field. I have tried several browsers to rule out that possibility. Is there a workaround, or can I just download the most recent version and install using the Extensions manager? If so, link?

I looked under the downloads section in my dashboard, and it said only for Joomla versions up to 3.0. I am currently running Joomla 3.2.0 and have been experiencing problems with the commenting portion of EasyBlog since the Joomla update.

Thanks
Hello Elizabeth,

Sorry for the late reply. I just tested this in my own test site and I can actually edit the API key with no issues. If you need help checking out this issue please send us your backend and FTP access.

In the meantime, you can head over to your dashboard http://stackideas.com/dashboard and get the latest EasyBlog to upgrade manually Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply, but I found the answer that I needed elsewhere on your site. I was updating from a v3.8xx to v3.9xx and read that a complete uninstall/reinstall was required for this update. I was able to finally update to the most recent release successfully.
