Is the broadcast popup working?

Broadcast notification seems to work but when we broadcast with Popup enabled no one is seeing anything
this might be working, it finally showed up on a mobile device that had turned off, so atleast the popup is working but it seems like maybe the polling is slow or not running properly, will continue to test

check your Broadcast Period, maybe the specified time is to high:

Good suggestion, it seems like that only affects how long the popup persists once its displayed, we seem to be getting mixed results on if the popup is even displayed, so far Ive only seen it show up on a mobile device using chrome and only after 3ish minutes, it seems like it might be tied to the cron, we're investigating that, initial tests are inconclusive because after getting the popup to show once it didnt work doing it a second time and running the cron manually so.... Its hard to say if its a bug or something else

This is how it works:

1. By default, the system will auto send a request to your server around 1~2 minutes and check whether the page has any new stream item, new comment and etc.

2. And we do not have this 'notifycheck' setting to configure from the backend.

3. If the broadcast pop-up shows up, the system will mark this broadcast to state 1 for this user in the database mean this user will not get this notify again for the next time.
