Hello Fadhli,
I feel irony in your answer...
By default, easyblog toolbar will not shows notification for (friends, discussion, notification)
What users like myself having all SI components in 1 site
- have to do to - /or/ - when will we -
have a completely uniformed design in the components (eg: here the toolbars) ... ?
Internally at SI you need a more solid roadmap for the toolbar design...
May I know which EasyBlog version have the toolbar module?
That's an easy one ! It was in version MD-01, called the version of my dream ?
I am trying to have a nice UX and the different toolbars break the design efforts !
I was willing to replace all component toolbars by the latest of EB as a module to have a coherent design across the site...
Ok it is not possible, once again, one component page will be look differently than the others
The menus will not shows exactly all the menu from the component (eg:easysocial)
Again... you guys do a very good job at coding but in -> my own opinion <- you lack to create consistency in design and features.
Example here the menus and toolbars:
1- toolbar menus native in Components
2- toolbars menus in Modules
3- menu in Menu Modules
A) All 3 have different designs depending on the component (no consistency when you have all 3 components installed)
B) All 3 from the same component do not have the same settings so you are stuck with no option at all to display or not some menu links - always a compromise so you are never getting what you want...
GDPR
First I was talking about the download link here boxed in red:
To make the link visible you HAVE TO Use EasySocial Edit Profile Link otherwise the download link is HIDDEN down at the bottom of the EB edit profile view <- not user friendly
It would be more convenient if the link could always be visible but with a different link location depending on the (profile linking) settings.
!!
I would like to "Use EasySocial Edit Profile Link" but because of a lack of consistency in the components not all EB profile settings are available in ES - eg: Nickname - ! Again talking about the lack of consistency across the components is leading to a not that good UX !
GDPR - Correct me if I'm wrong here, do you mean once you download the your information it doesn't shows like this: http://take.ms/Cqrtxv ?
May I know do you open the file using browser or?
The display in the browser is correct but I suggest you add the "index" as a link in the sidebar to see the profile page
This is a long answer, please see it as positive feedback to get a better UX in the short run
Kind regards
PS : For translation purposes - GDPR TEXT -
I suggest you use the same text in the EB profile edit page and in the popup box when linked to ES profile.
In both views GDPR information download texts have lets say 90% in common and is usable in both cases.
