Since updating to the current version of easy social I get the following page after logging into the site (see attachment).

The issue is not present when viewing the site as a guest.

Additionally when viewing the site as a guest the new video section does not display correctly, the sidebar takes up 100% of the width and pushes the main video content down to the bottom of the page.

Pleas advise

We have decided to no longer provide it for free because it is taking too much of our time providing free support for the template. Hence, it is made as a paid template instead.

Anyway just this once only, I have updated the Wanderers to the latest version for you.

I can't seems to access your administrator page, yoursite.com/administrator as it return an empty page upon entering. Can you provide FTP access as well?

Hey DeeEmm,

Are you using custom overrides from Wanderers? You need to Wanderers to the latest version by uninstalling the previous version and installing the newer version. There are some updates to the theme files because the old wanderers would not work with 1.4.

Yes I have some CSS overrides but no mods to the main template code.

Hey Mark,

The template was provided free with the pro subscription / social bindle. I 'purchased' it on 16/04/2015 when I initially moved from JomSocial to EasySocial and purchased the Social bundle - A long time after the date that you started to charge for it.

You cannot give something away as part of an incentive package and then re-neg on the deal.

Thanks Mark much appreciated.

I could have sworn that I read somewhere that the wanderers template came with the bundle. For me the unified template was a deal maker, it's one of the things that enticed me to switch from JomSocial and one of the things that sets EasySocial apart from JS.

At any rate I cannot find now what I thought I read before so be it.

It was actually provided as free and you are right but we decided that we can't sustain with the free pricing model because user's were abusing our support especially with a lot of "How do i". Hence, we decided to charge a tiny premium (you pay only once and you get life time updates of the template)

Shame.

Filter out the abusers by implementing a fair usage policy.

I always make it very clear with my own extensions that I do not provide support for basic webmin tasks.
