I have a user that appears to not have badges being unlocked for them at the moment.

Currently The points achiever badge (I have called it Gold iCultivate Member) is set to a frequency of 100. The users points have exceeded this, but the badge has not been unlocked for them.

The user is called STILL GROWING WOMMING BAY GARDEN CLUB.

Would you please mind having a look at this for me please?

Hi Steve,

If you want to assign the users the Gold iCultivate Member badge once it reach to points=100 you need to change the Achieve Type using by points not by frequency https://www.screencast.com/t/dPC403hq8XO

That is fantastic. Thanks for the quick response.

Even with this change now made, I notice that it still has not appeared for the user, even though they have enough points.

Is there a way to unlock this badge for all existing users who have already achieved the correct points?

Hi Steve,

You can assign the badge to the user that already achieve over the point by:
1. Click achievement>mass assignment> upload csv file
You can follow this documentation: https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/achievements/mass-assignment

Or you can assign it by:
1. Click users>select user> assign badge http://take.ms/7ZM8v
