Automatic approval for registered accounts

What is the setting that allows for just email activation of new accounts? When users are create an account that are not using social logins, I have to approve the account. I want users to be able to just activate their email for approval instead of waiting for me to approve them before they can login.

Also what is the settings for allowing automatic approval of new pages and groups?

You can configure the registration type for the profile type in the profile type configuration page(http://take.ms/r8S9x).
Also what is the settings for allowing automatic approval of new pages and groups?
You would have to disable the moderate group/page moderation in the respective profile type ACL setting(http://take.ms/kFGtK).

I can't find those settings, I've searched through easy social and they are not there. Can you walk me through where these setting are located? I can't tell my your image where to go to change the settings.

Hey Nanci,

You would have to click on 'Profile Types' on the left sidebar in the backend. Then click on any of your profile types to access the configuration section of the profile type(http://take.ms/AbQ32).
