Can you check my attached screenshot below and see whether you referring that filtering for app from the left sidebar?

If yes, you can check from the backend setting and see whether you got enable that setting.

On the Timeline display on the Left side, it has a number of sections.

GROUPS

There used to be a section called APPLICATIONS.

When you would enable an Application, that item would appear in the APPLICATION section on the left. It is no longer shown on the Timeline and there is no way to configure it in the Settings section. I'll attached an image.

There also used to be an APPLICATIONS section on the user Profile. This is gone and the enabled Apps are linked in the header under the MORE arrow. There is a second menu list for the Profile. On the right there is a MOREv section. You pull it down and it has:
Events
Groups
Polls
Blog
<App 1>
<App 2>

Any enabled apps are at the bottom of the list in the profile.

Has EasySocial been changed so Applications are only available on the Profile page??


SEARCH QUESTION
On your web site, there is no way to search for content within your BLOG section. You have so much great content, but it is hard to find it when you need a specific subject. I like to look at the BLOG before asking a question in the forum. Would be nice to be able to SEARCH BLOG content.

Yes, in EasySocial 2.1 we no longer shows the application section http://take.ms/Tn8V5

Yes, in EasySocial 2.1 we have change the application position in the profile page(in the dropdown) to make it more clean http://take.ms/ixqwZ

Thank you for your response. That answers the question, it has just been removed from the Timeline. Looks like everything is moving into the Profile section with the sub menu in the product design.

It would be nice to have a place where you can review notes for historical releases for issues like this. I reviewed the BLOG post that described the features of V2.1 and there was nothing about this change. Then I went to the product ChangeLog and there so many things in that log that it is impossible to figure of a specific change without a SEARCH FUNCTION.

Is there somewhere I can forward these comments on to the engineering group.

Currently we doesn't have this, but i will forward this to our team.

And we will see if there other user also request to have this search engine for the changelog page, then we will definitely do something about it in the future.
