I'm re-framing my statement. When I register into the site with new user, I'm logged in (automatic login) and redirected to a menu.
Where this menu can be link to article or some view.

Url generated with this - `&` is appended with `&` which is creating a problem.

Redirected url is,
index.php?option=com_jlike&view=rulesets&Itemid=198

Expected/ menu url is, - item id is correct
index.php?option=com_jlike&view=rulesets

SEF is off

I can still see the issue persists,

I've replicate this issue locally and it seems like there is a bug regarding this. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will make a proper fix.
Can you download the attached file and replace it in the :
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/router.php
and see how it goes?

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution
