Hello,
I'm facing the following problem:
Today, a user paid his subscription twice (don't know why yet).
The payment method is PayPal.
In PayPal dashboard I can see the 2 transactions.
In PayPlans I can see the 2 transactions as well.

What I don't understand is that:
- in PayPlans I've got only one Invoice
- the amount of this invoice is corresponding to only one payment
- in the invoice panel, in the transaction section (right column) i can see the 2 transactions
PayPlans has associated the 2 transactions to the same invoice but has not added the amount of all the transactions.

Hello Simon,

The possible reason of this
As you are using Paypal, invoice will be paid after getting notification from paypal, sometime get response immediate and some time will will take some time, so if invoice is in Invoice Checkout state then user can pay again this invoice because it's not possible to pay again for paid invoices.

Can you confirm with that user if he did payment process twice ? So we can check this issue.

Yes the user confirmed he paid twice because he thought his first attempt has failed.
