Joomla! has just announced the immediate availability of Joomla 3.7.1 which is a critical update for 3.7.x. We would like to strongly encourage and advise anyone that has previously upgraded to 3.7.0 to update to 3.7.1 immediately to avoid any complications that you may encounter.
As this is a critical security release and it isn't a feature release, you shouldn't be waiting for a day or two before upgrading. You can read more about the announcement from Joomla. All of our extensions and templates works fine with Joomla 3.7.1.
