Download Problem After Purchase

Recently there have been issues with Plimus where customers who bought our components were not able to download the component from our website after purchasing it. We received emails from these affected customers reporting about this technical error and have resolved them as soon as it gets to us.

The problem was due to server-to-server communication upon clearance of purchase on Plimus systems and this caused customers to not able to download our components from our website.

Rest assured that this is a temporary glitch and we are still investigating the cause of the problem with Plimus.

Just an update from our merchant, they have actually resolved this problem on their end.
