Update button does nothing

Easy Social is showing that it is outdated. Current version is 1.3.19 and the latest version is 1.3.20
When I click on the Update button, I get redirected to the Plugin's dashboard, but nothing happens.

How do I update EasySocial?

Thanks for reporting this issue in.
Can you download this file and put it in your site here: .../administrator/components/com_easysocial/easysocial.php . This will fixed the update button at the backend. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused.

A new update has come about, and the same issue is present.
Do i just duplicate the above mentioned steps?
Is this going to be the case with every update?

Yes, there is a new update. And the fix that we have added is in this update which, you have to wait for the next release to test the update button. Hope you understand.
