Hello Peter,

Ah, this issue should most likely be fixed when 1.2.8 is out with the new proxy method but keep us updated and would like to know how it goes for your site

Hey guys,

Go to your "User - Links" app and under the Stream settings, you should see the option "Serve image urls via internal proxy". Turn this on

The proxy only fixes images and it doesn't mess around with the video.

Thank you for the path to turn on the internal proxy. I just turned it on for the images. I am wondering if it might also work for documents like PDF files?

Hi Mark

You fixed youtube embed before but it's broken now. It looks like the embed is now going http even if the original link posted is using https.

Is there a reason why this was changed again?

Hello Peter,

The reason why I reverted those fix is because not every provider supports https . If I recall correctly, Vimeo doesn't. So if we explicitly replace every occurrences of "http://" with "https://", vimeo videos wouldn't work

Hi Mark

See my post on April 18. The test used all https URL and shows that every site EXCEPT youtube is working.

You can visit the test site to see that youtube is broken with the latest ES version. Older version was fine.

Thanks for your help!!
