Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieved this currently. By the way, i have issues this to our developer and we will see if we can implement this on our future release version. Currently, i would advice you to use Easysocial's conversations to start a conversation with non-friends first, as it will shown on Conversekit once you have chat them.

It seems that i cant access your FTP currently, and as for those language issues, it seems that it is based on your language string as listed below on this file language/fr-FR/fr-FR.com_easysocial.ini. You need to check whether those language is there or not, if not, you can do language override on language string below using Joomla override language as follow https://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/languages/creating-language-overrides

i have tested 1.0.7...

sound works

real time updates works BUT the msg still disappears (see picture).
This usually only happens with many messages in a short time.
I wrote the numbers 1-7.... 2,3,4 was lost (see picture)
But I've noticed that the msg is there when I conversekit re-open. <-That was not so before the update

I am not sure how to replicate this as when i tried locally, it is working fine as i sent out 13 messages http://take.ms/XgdNv and it is correctly received 13 messages as you can see here http://take.ms/VgsLw

We will kept monitoring this and we will kept hunting this bug down.

It seems that there are no attachment included on your last reply. By the way, maybe you can got to your Backend>Extension>Plugin>Systems>Conversekit and enable this ' Remember Chat Window State' option and see how it goes

Leave the windows open and write many short msg (see my picture)

Important: leave both windows open when writing
If the chat window is closed it works. It just does not work openly
