I have notifications of new blog set up as html style to go to registered users. 90 % of users have received the message but a number of members predominantly ntl /virgin media have not received the notice.

I have received the typical response

mx.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net Remote Server returned '<mx.tb.ukmail.iss.as9143.net #5.0.0 smtp; 554 5.2.0 GBHd1s01s196Phl01BHfYP Spam content found>'

It also appears that my admin email has become blocked by the same process and now some account holders can't get a direct email from my own admin email account.

Is there anything I can do to eliminate the problem. All users emails are registered as users with consent
Hey there,

There is really nothing we can do about this because there are several factors which leads to your email being flagged as spam. Some of these includes:

1. Your mail provider. If you are using PHP mail, very often mail servers reject emails from php mail.

2. If you are using SMTP, you need to check this with your mail provider.

3. The content itself could be flagged as spam due to several keywords being used.

4. Some of your recipients mark your mails as spam and you should check with several email blacklist checkers such as http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx . These should actually be done on your hosting level
