Language strings displayed instead of text

Hi,

Specifically under the /notifications section, I am noticing language strings instead of the actual text. I've tried replacing the language file with the latest one from 1.2.19 as well as clearing the cache, but no luck. Can you take a look? You can use the login information provided to login as me and look at my notifications. I've attached a screenshot here as well.

Hello Preston,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It looks like you have disabled the "User - Friends" app. Is there any reasons for disabling this? This is actually causing the notifications to fail. I have enabled the app and it works fine now.

Thanks! Not sure why I had that disabled. Must have been a mistake as I was disabling other items. Thanks for the catch.
