JSON error with Komento and Art Universal Lightbox

Hi folks,

I'm getting the JSON/Komento/Art Universal Lightbox error reported here:

However, I followed the steps and installed the new json.php file but I still get the error. I've attached my admin details as requested and hope you can have a quick look at this for me. The module I'm trying to publish is called "How to cancel your account (images)."

Hello James,

It looks like the styling issues is because of the CDN plugin on your site. If you see my screen shot here, http://screencast.com/t/43OXcF8nV . I believe the CDN plugin is probably not replacing the urls correctly. This is nothing related to any of our extensions

Note: I'm using Art Universal Lightbox, not Art Sexy Lightbox (which is the topic of the thread above). This may explain why the json.php file doesn't work. The exact error I'm getting is:

Fatal error: Class 'Services_JSON' not found in root/components/com_komento/classes/registry.php on line 175

Hello James,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have tried to login to your site, published the module but I have no idea how to reproduce this error. After publishing the module, I am not sure where you are getting those errors. Can you please advise?

Hi Mark,

Thank you. I'm trying to embed the module "How to cancel your account (images)" into the article "Frequently Asked Questions (2)". You can see the error message when you try to view the article from the front end using the URL attached to this message.

I really appreciate your help, Mark. Now the lightbox is loading but not all the graphic elements seem to be in place (see screenshot attached). Could this be due to the JSON problem or would this be something else?

PHP Fatal error: Class 'Services_JSON' not found in /home/wielerspor/domains/wstexel.nl/public_html/components/com_komento/classes/registry.php on line 175
I deactivated Komento for now, as the site got a blank screen. Changed the JSON.php file, but with no result.
