JSON error with Komento and Art Universal Lightbox

Hi folks,

I'm getting the JSON/Komento/Art Universal Lightbox error reported here:

However, I followed the steps and installed the new json.php file but I still get the error. I've attached my admin details as requested and hope you can have a quick look at this for me. The module I'm trying to publish is called "How to cancel your account (images)."
