I don't know if you have sh404SEF installed on your site, but I recently installed it, and suddenly, none of my emails were sending. Mark kindly suggested a fix in the following post.... don't know if it helps

Thanks for the response Dave. I am not sure if i had installed sh404SEF on my Joomla site. I did update couple of other components / modules. Not sure if they added that. Is there a way find that.

Did you use cron or Send on page load feature? If you use Send on page load, you might want to check this value: http://screencast.com/t/UTeP4c1fFK in Easydiscuss>Settings>Maintenance. Or you can provide us your backend, FTP and cpanel (if you are using cronjob). Please advise.

With pageload, it just tries to load for a while then shows ..

If after 1 hour the pending email still existing from your backend Easydiscuss mail activity, that might some issues from your cron job setting, can we have your CPanel access as well? Please advise.

I don't have access to Control Panel. I can have my hosting guy to send me screen shots as you may need.

Thanks for the follow-up. Getting cpanel id will be hard. I am seeing that my crontab is running now and it is forwarding emails. But posting to social sites not happening yet.

Posting to social network sites are totally unrelated to the cronjobs. Did you already setup the auto posting for EasyDiscuss?

I have a little bit lost here, do you mean that when you published a discussion post from your frontpage or sent via email, the discussion post will not autoposting to your Social network?
If not, can you elaborate more details regarding with your requirement here? Please advise.

Discussions are not auto posting to my Facebook and Twitter

The issues are 4 fold -
1. Discussions are not getting posted to my users as emails are sitting in the queue - This is not happening anymore. Emails are getting processed now. Not sure it is because of refresh or because of crontab
2. Email parsing not happening properly - This is now taken care of
3. Crontab issues - I posted the output from crontab earlier and am recopying it again
4. Social posting to my twitter and facebook accounts that were linked. That used to work fine in the past but didn't realize when it got broke.

Nope. no auto posting to social networks yet. Facebook Id and Twitter Id ... i will have to work on that. But when i checked the social settings in EasyDiscuss it is looking ok.. Do i re-authenticate these networs again?

I just checked it. I disabled Facebook posting a while as there were lot of duplicates and re-posting. For twitter, i recreated an App and attached it. Hopefully it will work fine now.

I have a quick question. Can i use the same twitter app-id for 2 modules? I am trying to share the same id between ATweet and EasyDiscuss.. Would that cause any issues or would it be better to have them separated. Please advise.

Yes, you can use the same app but it's advisable to use separate apps though.
