Email Activities - many are sitting in pending status.

Hello,
Many of my Email Activities in Easy Discuss are sitting in pending status for more that a month / two. I had to delete the queue as it is loading up the system resources. Is there a setting that needs to be enabled for auto posting. Looks like it is sending to 1 user at a time instead of mass mails..

Please advise.
