Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It looks like they are not 100% completed yet but you can monitor the progress here,

Hi Mark, the easyblog has been translated 21%, but it is not working at all.
another question, I have installed Chinese language, but when I turning back into English, the site is not showing many buttons. What is the problem?

Hey Stephen,

I tried switching languges from the back end but I can't reproduce this issue on your site By the way, you can find language files for our extensions (for the front end) at:

(en-GB)
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easyblog.ini
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini
/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easydiscuss.ini

(zh-CN)
/language/zh-CN/zh-CN.com_easyblog.ini
/language/zh-CN/zh-CN.com_easysocial.ini
/language/zh-CN/zh-CN.com_easydiscuss.ini

I still can not see the translation after I installed the 19% translation of easyblog. There must be something wrong with the chinese language pack.

Even though it is 19% or 21%, it does not mean the front end is translated. When checking the Chinese language pack for EasyBlog at https://www.transifex.com/stack-ideas/eb5/language/zh_CN/ , it seems like the translation is only made for the back end and not the front end yet.

Hi Mark,
The translation is too much for me. I can not translate them. Could you cancel my subscription of Easysocial, and keep the subsciption of the others? I want to cancel it, because there is no improvement on the translation.
Thanks.
Stephen

Hi Stephen,

I'm truly sorry that EasySocial does not work as what you've expected it. Unfortunately, we could not proceed with the refund under these circumstances as shown here: http://stackideas.com/refunds . It seemed your EasySocial subscription has already exceeded the 30-days time frame and also we do not provide refunds for our bundles.

Please get the language files translated. You guys said that we can get the language packs after inserting a key. It turns out there is nothing. It is just like a fraud.

Hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as now is a weekend for us our staffs from sales departments are off from work, so I am not really sure what you guys discuss before.

However, I am one of the technical support here, may i know is it can get Taiwan language temporary for your Easysocial? Because at least most of the English word already get translated to Chinese, if you would like take a look, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so I try configure with you on this matter?

Looking forward of your response.

@Arlex, Mark,
Taiwan would be good. But I had to say, they are all Chinese!
I had deleted all the easy files, and installed some other extensions. Because it would be useless to me if no Chinese.
Can you email the translation of easyblog and easysocial to 469800332@qq.com
If there is translation, there will be okay.

Hey Stephen,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I already sent Easyblog and Easysocial chinese translation files to your email, but that was not translated 100% yet, perhaps you can install back Easyblog and Easysocial in your site.

Then make sure you have install your Joomla Taiwan language, then go to Easyblog/Easysocial > language > select Taiwan language > install/update first.

After that, download my translation files from your email, then move over into your JoomlaFolder/language/zh-TW/
- zh-TW.com_easyblog.ini
- zh-TW.com_easysocial.ini

And see is it most of the English already translated to Chinese?
