Easysocial 1.4.9 Upgrade

The EasySocial application in my Joomla admin panel has informed me that I need to upgrade to EasySocial 1.4.9 from 1.4.8. When I click the 'get updates' button and go through the update process it eventually gives me this message:-

"Downloading Installation Files...Failed
We have released a new launcher for EasySocial 1.4. Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard "

I can see the launcher application in my dashboard but where do I upload it to?
did it exactly like dewscribed in this post: http://stackideas.com/docs/easysocial/administrators/updates/updating-easysocial-1-3-x-to-1-4-x

and it worked.

Yes you need to download the new launcher from your StackIdeas dashboard, and then install that just like you would a new component in Joomla back-end. I did mine earlier today and it worked fine.

By the way, Mark, may i know did you try that installation method is it work for you?

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access in the http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
