Easysocial 1.4.9 Upgrade

The EasySocial application in my Joomla admin panel has informed me that I need to upgrade to EasySocial 1.4.9 from 1.4.8. When I click the 'get updates' button and go through the update process it eventually gives me this message:-

"Downloading Installation Files...Failed
We have released a new launcher for EasySocial 1.4. Please download the new launcher from our site at http://stackideas.com/dashboard "

I can see the launcher application in my dashboard but where do I upload it to?
